In the writings by Goetsch and Davis (2010), they argued that organizations, which have apply TQM have always been able to undertake strategic planning in order attain the mission as well as make cruc ial strides towards their vision. Goetsch and Davis (2010) further argued that such organizations are always capable of achieving a balanced set of results, which enables them to attain long-term as well as short-term objectives.
